Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage that goes beyond relaxation — targeted, skilled bodywork that relieves tension, reduces pain, and supports your chiropractic care.

Approach

More Than Relaxation

Massage therapy is a powerful complement to chiropractic care. While adjustments restore proper spinal alignment, massage addresses the soft tissues — muscles, tendons, and fascia — that surround and support the spine. Tight, inflamed muscles can pull vertebrae back out of alignment; releasing that tension helps your adjustments hold longer and produce better results.

Our licensed massage therapist brings years of clinical experience to every session. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply carrying the accumulated stress of daily life, we'll tailor each session to your specific needs and goals.

Techniques

Massage Modalities

We offer a range of massage techniques, selected and combined based on your individual presentation and goals.

01

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes promote circulation, ease muscle tension, and induce a deep state of relaxation. An ideal starting point for new patients or those with generalized stress and tension.

02

Deep Tissue Massage

Firm, sustained pressure reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to break up adhesions and relieve chronic tension patterns — particularly effective for the neck, shoulders, and lower back.

03

Neuromuscular Therapy

Precise pressure applied to trigger points — hyperirritable spots in muscle tissue — releases referred pain patterns and restores normal muscle function.

04

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained stretching of the fascial network releases restrictions that can't be reached with direct pressure alone, improving mobility and reducing widespread pain.

05

Sports Massage

Targeted work for athletes and active individuals — pre-event preparation, post-event recovery, and treatment of sport-specific injuries and overuse patterns.

06

Prenatal Massage

Specially adapted techniques provide safe, effective relief from the back pain, hip discomfort, and swelling that commonly accompany pregnancy.
